It is also agreed that the tenant will not take more than two white crops in succession from any part of the premises, nor more than one crop of wheat from any part of the premises in the course of six years, but will divide the tillage of arable land into six equal parts, so that he may in each and every year have crops of turnips, barley, clover, wheat, peas, oats; the tenant will at all times make a proper fallow for the turnips and sow the same with good seed, and the turnips there produced, properly hoe and cleanse and consume the same on the premises; the tenant to sow good sound clover seed at the rate of l81bs to an acre at the least.
