Notice from the attorneys of Mr David Rees of Moelfre, p. Llansilin, co. Denb., shopkeeper, to the Venerable Richard Venables and John North, esq., trustees of a Deed of Trust dated 29 Oct., 1851; under this trust, Richard Nugent Venables, formerly of Machynlleth, was to inherit £500 on his father's death, and on this and other securities he had borrowed £120 from the said David Rees.

Abstract Of Conveyance to the Venerable Richard Venables [of Llysdinam Hall, co. Brec., DD, Archdeacon of Carmarthen) of m's and lands known as Penybank, Cae yr Skybor Vach, Penybonto Lletheri Scyache and Penyrerw, all in p. Llanavon Vawr, co. Brec. The parties involved in the transaction include Sackville H. F. Gwynne, Sackville F. Gwynne, William Parry, David Lloyd Harries. Charles Gabell, James Alexander Frampton and others. Reference is made to deeds 1821-8, and attached is a schedule of deeds 1733-74.

Clyrow; a m. called Noyadd y Wern or Wernfach (c. 15 a.), a piece of meadow land (containing about 6 days math of hay), a parcel of arable land (c. 3 a.) called Plock in Lloyd in p's Llandewyfach and Clirow, co. Rad.; and the land lately enclosed from the hill or common called Clirow Hill, p. Clirow (and awarded by the Commissioners to William Beavan, 1812-13),. 2) A m. and farm called Kevenyvedwast, p.
