Glam., and Mary, his wife, by their attorney, of minerals, spring and mining rights under his customary tmt and lands, etc., called Tyr y chaw yr heol alias Trewiddva Issa in Llangevelach aforesaid, with right to erect buildings, etc., in fields called Kae Shybbor and Kaer Garre (not exceeding four a. of ground), etc., etc., to be reconveyed to George Owen.
