Finances and deeds that are missing, Llanbrynmair rentals. Criticism of Armstrong. Sale of lead. Last letter shows they are on bad terms. He has given all his energies to save him and not asked for any remuneration, and he suggests there be no further communication between them.

Eleanora or Ellen Powell, his mother,

Her finances now Ellen is married. Asks for further adjustment in her allowance and encloses a copy of a letter written by WEP in 1808 assuring her he will sell part of his estate when he comes of age in order to help her (1104). His brother Richard's desire to get a commission in Cardiganshire militia. She has no money to pay for Richard's journey to Loughrea, but he would like to come. Says she is in danger of being put in gaol for debt.
