Writ to the sheriff of co. Caern., following the Great Sessions held at Caernarvon on 31 July 1570, to restore Maurice Gruff' esq., to possession of a tmt in Llanvair, co. Caern., lying between the place called bryn y glogh and the chapel of Bettus garmon containing one messuage, one toft and 30 acres of land whence he had been expelled by Gruff' ap D'd ap Gruff', yeoman, Agneta verch William ap Ll' ap Ho'll, spinster and David Lloid ap Gruff' ap David, yeoman, all of Llanvair, co. Caern. Witnesses: William Glyn and Roland Puleston, justices.
