Covenant (copy) between William Gruffyth of Carnarvon, co. Caern., esq., (1), and Rowland Gruffydd of Carnarvon, gent., (2), that the land leased to 2 by a deed of even date (no. D1025) should stay with 2 to the following uses: that William Owen of Drws y Coed should enjoy the premises until a debt of £80 due to him from 1 is satisfied, and that 2 is to allow such other person as 1 decrees to enjoy the rents from the premises. After the £80 is satisfied, if 1 should pay 1s., to 2, the lease to be void. Recital of the lease of even date (no. D1925) and the marriage a settlement of 20 Nov., 1593, therein recited.
