Abstract Of The Will of J[ohn] Lloyd of Hirdrefaig, co. Ang., Testator devises:. The capital m. and demesne lands called Hirdrefaig and other messuages and lands thereto belonging in p. Llanfinnan, co. Ang., and the capital m. called Penlech p. Penlech, and messuages and lands in the parishes of Llangwnadle, Llaniestn, Denio, Aberdaron and Bryncroes, co. Caern., to his niece Annabella Langford of Hirdrefaig, spinster, on condition that she marries the testator's nephew Richard Lloyd s. Francis Lloyd of Monachdy, co. Ang., esq., within 2 years. If Richard Lloyd will not marry Annabella Langford, the lands are to go to her and her heirs and if Annabella Langford will not marry Richard Lloyd, the lands to go to him and his heirs subject to an annuity of £90 to Annabella and her heirs. If they both die without issue, the lands are to pass to the testator's nephew, Lloyd Langford, esq., and his issue male, then to Catherine Lloyd, the testator's niece, d. Francis Lloyd, then to the issue male of the testator's cousin Mary, wife of the Rev. William Lloyd clerk, then to Richard Poole of Pencraig and his issue, with the condition that each of these take the name of Lloyd, or finally to the Rev. Henry Rowlands of Plasgwin. To Annabella Langford, the testator's goods and chattels and all his personal estate, in trust to pay his debts and funeral expenses, and the residue for herself. Testator appoints Annabella Langford his executrix.
