Agreement made between Owin Williams and Maurice Trygarne, attorneys of Richard Hughes and Frances, his wife, and Robert ap Hugh, who are in dispute concerning a trot., called tythin kay maen llwyd in Castell, co. Caern. The attorneys have agreed that Robert ap Hugh and Richard Hughes and Frances, his wife, are to convey the trot., to the use of Robert ap Hugh for his lifetime and for one year after his death, paying 6d yearly and 20d for the year after his death. Endorsed with a note, in Latin, that this draft was examined [ ] July, 1696, by the King's Commissioners, in a cause at the Great Sessions for counties Caern., and Mer., between Richard Hughes, complainant, and William George and others, defendants.
