- John Chambers of the town of Denbighe, gent., and William Chambers, son and heir of the said John;. 2. Thomas Bankes, M.A., dean of St. Assaph, and Agnes, his wife, late wife of Hughe Evans, clerk, deceased, former dean of St. Asaph, and administratrix of the goods of her late husband. Settlement (post nuptial) relating to the marriage of the aforesaid William Chambers and Jane Evans, base daughter of the said Hughe Evans, referring to a capital messuage and burgage in the heihe streate beneath the heighe Crosse of Denbighe in the suburbs of the said town, extending in length from the highe streate to the lane called the parke lane, two messuages and tenements in Archwedlog, co. Denbighe, all other messuages of the first party in Archwedlog, and a messuage, toft, burgage and ground in the highe streete of the suburbs of the town of Denbighe, extending in length from the said highe streete to the Castell parke.
