A conveyance by the commissioners of HM woods, forests, land revenues, works & buildings, to Moses Jones of Borth, gent., of a parcel of land (30p.), being an encroachment from the common waste of the manor of Cyfoeth-y-brenin, 1837; assignment of a lease of a dwellinghouse on or near Pengarn, formerly part of the farm of Caegowydd, 1876; and an unexecuted take note for the minerals under Tynant, 1889.
