Answer Of George Devereux, esq., defendant, to the Bill of Complaint of his son and heir, Price Devereux, gent., in which the defendant denies:. That the complainant has any estate in the land inherited by him through a treaty of marriage made between his father, Sir George Devereux, kt, dec., and Arthur Price. esq., dec., upon his marriage with Bridget, daughter of the said Arthur Price. That his father, Sir George Devereux, conveyed the residue of the man's, lands, or tmt's to and for the use of himself for life and after his decease to and upon the eldest son and heir of the defendant and Bridget, his wife, as soon as he attained the age of 21.

Mont. called the Vaynor estate and Authorization to 5 to survey the said Vaynor estate, to divide the said estate into two equal parts, to allot the part including Vaynor mansion house, park and demesne to 1 and to allot the other part to 2. 1-3 covenant with 4 to abide by and perform the agreement of partition. Recites that by a decree of the court of Chancery pronounced on the 14 July 1795 it was ordered that the real estate of the said Robert Moxon should be sold, but that 1-3 have agreed that an equal division should be made of the above mentioned Vaynor estate. The part thereof to be allotted to 2 to be conveyed by 1-4 to the use of 2 during her life and thereafter to the use of 3, his heirs and assigns, subject to a term of 1,000 years in trust to raise a sufficient sum to pay the portions of £6,000 appointed by the said Joseph Lyon and Elizabeth his wife to their younger children (in no. 431 of 15 Aug. 1804).

Llanwyddelan, to James Cowdall, gent., and have recently purchased from the said James Cowdall and John Hamer, esq., the above mentioned m. comprised in the second schedule.
