Appointment of Equity of Redemption being an Appointment by 1 that John Holmes and Waties Corbett shall (subject to the sums of £2,000 and £5,000 to be raised under and by virtue of nos 842-3, the securities for the said sums and all interest to become due from 29 Sept. 1849) stand seized of the one third part of 1 of the premises conveyed by the recited release of 8 Jan. 1839 and remaining unsold and of the premises comprised in the second schedule purchased under the trusts of the said release, being a m. and factory called Llivior (44 a.), t. Llivior, p. Berriew, co. Mont., as to one moiety thereof in trust for 2, and as to the other in trust for 3. 2 and 3 covenant with 1 to discharge the said sums of £2,000 and £5,000 and all interest from 29 Sept. 1849. Consideration: £2,995 and the above covenant on the part of 2 and 3. Recites nos 839 and 9 of 7-8 Jan. 1839 and that John Holmes and Waties Corbett in pursuance of the trust reposed in them by no. 9 with the consent of 1-3 have recently sold the premises comprised in the first schedule, being a m. called Penybryn (52 a.), p. Manafon, co. Mont., Smithy Tenement (4 a.), heretofore part of a tmt called Letty Gungrog, p. Manafon, and part of a tmt called Tyr Ward (2 a.), p. Llanwyddelan, to James Cowdall, gent., and have recently purchased from the said James Cowdall and John Hamer, esq., the above mentioned m. comprised in the second schedule.
