That the complainant has any estate in the land inherited by him through a treaty of marriage made between his father, Sir George Devereux, kt, dec., and Arthur Price. esq., dec., upon his marriage with Bridget, daughter of the said Arthur Price. That his father, Sir George Devereux, conveyed the residue of the man's, lands, or tmt's to and for the use of himself for life and after his decease to and upon the eldest son and heir of the defendant and Bridget, his wife, as soon as he attained the age of 21.
