Mont., settled by recited indentures of 7-8 Oct. 1791, with the malthouse since erected thereon, to the use of 2 for life, provided she continues a widow, and upon her remarriage to the use of 3 during the life of 2 upon the trusts of the above mentioned settlement, and subject thereto in trust to pay the rents and profits of the above mentioned m. to 1, and after the decease of 2 to the use of 1, his heirs and assigns; with Release by 4 of the legacies bequeathed in the recited will of John Haberley. Recites the pre nuptial settlement of John Haberley of Walton, p. Worthen, Shropshire, gent., (since dec.) and 2, dated 7-8 Oct. 1791, and the will of the said John Haberley, dated 21 May 1814 and proved 17 July 1815.
