He desires him to request his solicitor to expedite the completion of the conveyance of property at Cefn y vaenor, which the addressee has agreed to purchase.

He asks him to send his cheque for the purchase money for the property at Cefn y vaenor.

He has settled the purchase of the property specified in No. 670 dated 25 Feb. 1856. He regrets that the deed had been sent off for execution before he had received instructions for it to be drawn in the joint names of the addressee and Mr [E. H.] Lyon.
