Articles Of Agreement comprising: (i) 1 to pay 3 the arrears of interest due on his wife's fortune; (ii) 1 and 2 to Join in a mortgage of the lands which Sir Halswell Tynte, their brother, died seised of in fee simple in Somerset, to trustees named in the marriage settlement of 3 and Jane his wife, for securing the payment of £400 to the uses contained in the settlement; (iii) 3 and his wife to assign to 2 (her brother) her share in the £9,000 mentioned in the will of Sir John Tynte, dec., and in all the estate they claim in the lands of the said Sir JT in respect of any portion due to her; (iv) Jane to assign to 1 a note of hand for £1,000 given to her by Sir Halswell Tynte.
