Account Book of Zacheus Hughes, containing rentals of Nanhoron issa, etc., 'as sett by my son John Hughes', rentals of the estate of G[race] Jones in Bangor, Llanfiar, and Llandwrog, memoranda of the receipt of rents, memoranda of monies laid out at Caernarvon for the education and maintenance of Grace Jones, receipt for 'permission of a water course' to Melin issa, etc.
Account Book of Zacheus Hughes, in respect of his administration of the estate o Morgan Jones late of Aber y Pwll, deceased. It contains aquittances for payments in connection within his illness and funeral and the probate of his will, and the education and maintenance of Miss Grace Jones, an infant. Some payments, made to Mary Price, widow (which also refer to Rowland Jones, deceased, brother of Grace Jones), were allowed by the registrar of the Court of Great Sessions for co. Angelsey in an action between Grace Jones, infant, by Catherine Naney, widow, and John Price, gent., her next friends, and the said Catherine Nanney and John Price, complainants, and the said Zacheus Hughes and Rice Jones, defendants. One aquirrance is in respect of the bill of Wm. Prichard, solicitor for the defendants.
Account of Zacheus Hughes of the rents and profits of the estate of Grace Jones, and infant, daughter of the late Morgan Jones and now wife of Zacheus Jones, an infant also and son of the Reverend Mr. Jones, rector of Denbigh, made between the said Mr. Hughes, as trustee for the said Grace Jones, and the said Mr. Jones, as guardian for his son, in pursuance of an order made in the Court of Great Sessions on 11 April, 1740.
Account or memorandum of the inventory, sale, and disposition of the personal estate of John Hughes formerly of Braich-y-Bib, co. Caernarvon, gent., deceased, as well by his execturos Zacheus Hughes, esq., his father, and Ellin Hughes, widow, his relict, executors in trust for his younger children, as by the said Zacheus Hughes surviving the said Ellin Hughes, as they are found among the loose papers of the said Zacheus Hughes and Ellin hughes, and as they were carried on by Jane Owen, spinster, executrix of the said Zacheus Hughes, after his decease.

(A) an indenture of marriage, 17 Dec., 1583, between Humffrey ap Morris ap John ap William of Dynorweeke, co. Caernarvon, and Hugh Lewes ap Morris Gethin of Nantmor, co. Merioneth, gent., and Jane verch Hugh, his daughter;. (B) a bond of even date form Humffrey ap Morris ap John ap William of Dynorweeke, Robert ap William Vaughan of Treyrlaichied, and Hugh ap William ao David Lloyden, to Hugh Lewes ap Morris Gethin, for the observance of covenants;. (C) a deed of feoffment, 29 July, 1596, from Humffrey ap Morris ap John ap William to William ap Hugh Lewes and Reignald Hughes, to the use of Humffrey Morris for life, with remainder successively to Ellen verch Humffrey, Margaret verch Humffrey, Marie verch Humffrey, and Hugh ap Humfrey;. (D) An inventory of writings, on paper.
Acknowledgement by Rychard Bulkeley, kt., high sheriff of co. Caernarvon, of the receipt from Gruffith ap Lewys ap David ap Meredydd of the sum of 10s. 4d. being a relief in respect of John ap David ap Meredydd, free tenant of the King of the township of Llangian in the commote of Gafflogion, deceased.

Acquittance from Evan Anwill of Parke, co. Merioneth, gent., to Maurice Williams, gent., for the payment of £100, being the first part of the marriage portion of £250 of Katherine, wife of the said Evan Anwill.
Acquittance from Griffith ap Robert Griffith of Pullhelly, co. Caernarvon, gent., to John ap Richard Griffith of Llangian. gent., for the payment of a sum of £60 for the redemption of a tenement called Tythin y ty yn y mynidd in Llangian aforesaid, specified in a deed of mortgage of 21 Aug., 1615, (No. 528), between the said John ap Richard Gruffith and the said Griffith ap Robert Griffith.
Acquittance from John ap William ap Ieuan ap Rys of co. Caernarvon, gent., to Gwen ap Robert, for the executors of Robert ap John Wyn, for the sum of £3. 13s. 4d. due to Gwen verch Robert, mother of the said John. Witnesses: Elissa ap Kadwaladr, Homphrey Lloyd, Gwen Thomas.
Acquittance from Lewis ap John Lewis of Crogenan, co. Merioneth, gent., to Morris Williams of Hafod garegog, esq., from suits depending in the former's name and especially on behalf of Robert Jones, late bailiff of Estimaner.
Acquittance from Owen ap Robert of Pennyved, co. Caernarvon, gent., to Moris ap Rythergh of the same, gent., for the payment of a sum of £15, being part of a sum of £45 to be paid by articles of agreement (3 Dec., 1611) (No. 208) at the house of Robert ap Howell ap Robert called Gylvache in Pennyved aforesaid.
Acquittance from Owen Hughes of Glasgoed, co. Caernarvon, gent., to Robert Wynne, gent., for the payment of a relief of 10s. 4d. due upon the death of David Wynne, gent., deceased, to the use of John Lloyd, gent., farmer of the reliefs of the county.

Merioneth, gent., to Maurice Williames, gent., for the payment of £60 in consideration of an assignment (13 June, 1634) of annual rents and presents issuing from messuages and tenements called Gwayn y kynyddion, Havod Griadog, and y Tythin bach in Glynn Artro.
