Flint, to the clear value of £10 upon his son on marriage; Sir Thomas agrees to pay Jankyn £20.6.8 and also to assign a lease of lands in Credynton (leased to him by Dame Margarett late wife of Sir Edward Hanmer) to the said Jankyn.
