He is sorry to have disappointed the recipient for the third time in connection with the payment for bark. He has been inquiring for his money of Mr. Beynon of Newcastle Emlyn, who told him that he would not be ready until next week. Will the recipient, therefore, have the goodness to wait till then. To tell the truth, he has suffered a great loss upon Carmarthen Bank; he has sold for 12s. in the pound and must wait till next August for payment.
