Materials relating to Lloyd Letters,

A group of about one hundred and forty autograph letters and postcards, 1907-1908, addressed to George Eyre Evans, and some invoices and receipts relating to the publication of his Lloyd Letters... (Aberystwyth, 1908); 'Account of the late Mrs. Lettice Lloyd and Family', transcribed by George Eyre Evans from The Monthly Magazine, 1812, Part I, and published in part in Lloyd Letters, pp. xxiii-xxvi; and an autograph pedigree of the family of Lloyd of Brynllefrith, compiled by John Davies, Aberystwyth in 1908.
The names of almost all the writers of the letters appear in the published list of 'Subscribers' to Lloyd Letters.

A day account book of D[avid Ivon] and T[homas Ivon] Jones, grocers, Bridge Street, Aberystwyth, 1904-1906, with diary entries and other miscellaneous additions in the autograph of David Ivon Jones, including an account of his conversion to Unitarianism, Welsh and English poems and translations of poems by him, quotations, comments on books, etc.

Diary,

The diary of George Eyre Powell for the period 1 January 1847 to 21 June 1851, written in a volume first used by George Eyre Powell, junior, Honiton, as a note-book in 1836. At the end of the volume there are several loose items, including four receipts, 1854 and 1858, from watchmakers, an undated letter from Rob. B. Evans to Captain George Eyre Powell, and three telegrams, 1923, to George Eyre Evans, &c. English. Formerly George Eyre Evans Bequest MS 4.

Autograph album,

An autograph album presented to Laura Hirtzel Powell by her sister, Lavinia, on 17 October 1852. The volume contains several pieces of poetry and prose transcribed between 1855 and 1873 by various members of the Powell family and their acquaintances. Also included are printed poetry, dated 1852, obituary notices, dated 1893 and 1897, and seven remembrance cards, dated 1860-1893. English. Formerly George Eyre Evans Bequest MS 63.

Commonplace book,

A commonplace book of short prose items and poems kept by Lavinia Powell (1831-1856), daughter of George Eyre Powell and Catherine, his wife. English. Formerly George Eyre Evans Bequest MS 73.
