Cardigan, to his daughter Elizabeth Davies, to sell and distribute proceeds amongst Alice, his wife, Sarah, his daughter and herself. Other bequests of furniture, books, etc., to his wife and daughter Elizabeth, and a term of years in a close in Ruthlame, Haverfordwest, held of his friend 'Brother Owen Edwards' to his daughter, Sarah.

Devising his realty and personalty charged with a sum of £5,990 (created in his marriage settlement, 28 July 1860) to George Philips and Benn Davis, in trust for the maintenance of his younger son, Wilmot Inglis Jones, contingent remainder to his daughter, Gwendoline Inlgis Jones, with power for trustees to accumulate and invest any money not so applied for the benefit of future beneficiaries of the trust. Directs that his eldest ason, herbert Inlgis Jones is to resettle the Derry Ormond estate and declares that the reason for his not providing for his son, Herbert, and daughter, Gwendoline (except in event of the death of his younger son) is that they are already provided for out of property settled on hi (J.I.J.'s) marriage. Testator died 15 Dec. 1879.
