Mortgage (Lease and Release) of a moiety of Tyr Lewes David ap Jenkin Gytto and parcels of land called Erw yr keven and Erw yr Garn, p. Llan Vaircludogeu and a meadow containing two men's maths of hay at Rhose y croyse, p. Llan Thewybrevy, to secure £16 and interest. Recites that the property was vested in the said Hanah and Rachal Francis, wife of Edward Francis, as co-heiresses, who in 1726 mortgage it to Anne James, mother of 2, for £32, with covenant to levy a Fine, which was late levied to the use of the said A.J. [see no. 17, dated Apr. 10 1727]; that in 1727, Rachel Francis conveyed her right of equity of redemption in her moiety to A.J., who devised her interest to 2, her son; that £16 still remains owing to 2 and chargeable on the other moiety being the right of Hanah David.
