[see no. 17, dated Apr. 10 1727]; that in 1727, Rachel Francis conveyed her right of equity of redemption in her moiety to A.J., who devised her interest to 2, her son; that £16 still remains owing to 2 and chargeable on the other moiety being the right of Hanah David.
