Agreement between Humphrey Morris and John Foulkes, esq., for the deposit with the Rev. Mr Evans of Gwyddelwern (signed Robt Evans, Massgarnedd) of a deed of mortgage, dated 28 April 1764, affecting lands in cos Denb. and Mon. and for the delivery of the same by the said Robert Evans to such of them, the said Humphrey Morris and John Foulkes, as Mr Hayman of Wrexham and Mr Humphreys of Ruthin shall agree; together with an acknowledgement of the receipt of the same by the said Robert Evans.
