[Veteran wearing War Badge]

Studio portrait of a veteran with facial scarring wearing his Silver War Badge. The Badge was awarded to all of those military personnel who had served at home or overseas during the war, and who had been discharged from the army under King’s Regulations, ie . no longer physically fit for war service or were surplus to military requirements having suffered impairment since entry into the service.

Group portrait of eight soldiers in the Welsh Regiment sitting and standing around a banner proclaiming " Winners of Battalion Challenge Trophy, Penally 1908" below which is a certificate which reads "Battalion Trophy, won by the Llandilo Company 4th Battalion Welsh Regiment at Penally, August 19th 1908" and goes on to list the team members. Unfortunately the team members names are illegible.
