Miscellaneous notes and papers, [1940s-1950s], chiefly relating to Breton and Irish, mainly in the hand of Anton Ar Roue, cook and gardener to Roparz Hemon in Dublin; no. 583 includes letters and cards in Breton and French, 1948-1950, to Ar Roue, from family and friends, together with two draft letters to his mother, 1949, and a brief account, in English, of the escape eastwards of a small unit of militant Bretons from Roazhon (Rennes) [in Aug. 1944].
