Manuscript and typescript schedules of calculations and payments, correspondence, memoranda, notes, and other papers; a copy of The Welsh Church (Temporalities) Act, 1919; a printed account of the object of the £lm. grant proposed by Clause 3(2) of the Bill; a copy report of the Government Actuary as to the basis of the allowances to be made under para. 2 of the Fourth Schedule to the 1914 Act, 1917; a copy of the report by S. J. Cunningham on Primrose's letter to Frank Morgan concerning the method of payment of commutation capital, 1921; a copy of the report by Cunningham on property transferred to the WCC under the 1914 and 1919 Acts, with reference to its security for a loan for the balance of the commutation capital, 1921; and a memorandum of an interview between Sir Owen Phillips and the WCC, 1921. Most of the MS papers in this bundle are in Frank Morgan's hand, and most are undated.
