Mortgage for £500 of one eighth part of freehold, leasehold, copyhold, and personal estates of Edwin Carter formerly of the parish of Chepstow, co. Monmouth, and afterwards the said parish of Clifton, esq. deceased (specified in four accompanying schedules), in Chepstow, Witson, Caerwent, Llanvair Discoed, Magor, St. Arvans, Mounton, Saint Liswerry, co. Monmouth, and in Clifton aforesaid. Endorsed are a. a further charge for £900, 18 December 1850, and b. a mortgage for £400 to William Rees of the Hotwell Road in the city of Bristol, gent., 9 January 1851.
