Account of the succession in real property of Frances Carter and Louisa Carter of Clevedon, co. Somerset, spinsters, on the death of John Carter the younger (ob. 26 October 1892), derived from Edwin Carter, the predecessor, by the will of the said Edwin Carter dated 25 April, 1846, and proved 30 October 1855, together with assessment and receipt for duty.

Deed of enfranchisement of land in the parishes of Goldcliffe, and Nash and in the said manor of Goldcliff,
