Lease of a capital m. called Towyn, with any cottage or cottages thereon, a m. called Aberheglyn, fields called Llain Aberhyglyn, otherwise Aberhyglyn Slangs, and a portion of a tmt called Heolygwyddil, all in p's Verwick and St Marys, Cardigan, in co. Card. Endorsed: surrender of the same by 2 to 1, 7 Aug. 1862.

MS Copy of an article by Catherine Hutton on Surgeon Alban Thomas Williams of Newcastle Emlyn, who was killed off the Barbary coast in 1814; also a copy of a letter from Alban Williams, son of Surgeon Alban Williams, to his aunt, Jane Pemberton. The articles, according to an endorsement on the present copy, was published in La Belle Assemblie in Oct. 1829. It was also published, along with a copy of the above mentioned letter, in The Transactions of the Carmarthenshire Antiquarian Society and Field Club, 1912-3, pp. 54-6.
