Lease of a m. called Tuglyn ycha, of the moiety of a m. called Blaen erthig, and of a house, cottage, and garden thereon and part of Cae Gof from the pond field to Tuglyn ycha, reserving a right of way for the tenants of Penycnwc and Newgate and for the tenants of the said Henry Jones and all others who should bring corn to Tuglyn Mill, and also reserving one parcel belonging to Blaenerthig, all which premises were in p.
