Pemb. Pemb., to Charles Prichard the younger, late of Brecon, now of London, surgeon, and Richard Howell of Carmarthen, gent., in trust for the following uses - to my sister, Mary Evans of Cardigan, £80 p. a.; to my niece, Jane, daughter of Mary Evans, £5 p. a. on her mother's death; remainder to the use of my niece, Mary Jones of Cardigan, spinster, and, on her death, to my nephew, Arthur Jones of Cardigan, esq. I bequeath my real estate in the parishes of Llanwinio and Treleacharbettws, subject to the estate for life of my wife, to Richard Howell on trust to the use of my niece, Catherine, wife of Charles Prichard, and her heirs.
