Correspondence (1955-1956, 1961) and typescript copies of seven Timothy the tractor children’s stories although ‘Timothy’s good deed’ and ‘Timothy does a good deed’ are slightly different versions of the same story. These were submitted to various publishers but most were rejected. ‘Timothy goes to Island Farm’ was broadcast on BBC Wales’ ‘Junior Time’ (1961) and ‘Timothy finds a home’ published in ‘Our Magazine’ (May, 1963). ‘Timothy goes haymaking’ has two versions of the story.
