A little song composed for Miss H. M. Bootes,

A single leaf containing two songs, possibly incomplete, [c. 1830], one in English, 'A little song composed for Miss H. M. Bootes by J. Parry' (f. 179), and the other in French, 'Air François' (f. 179 verso, deleted), written in a hand resembling that of John Parry (Bardd Alaw), but which may be that of his son, John Orlando Parry.

Llythyr Gwenallt,

A letter, [Summer of 1923 or 1924], signed 'Tristan', from D. James Jones (Gwenallt), Aberystwyth, to Esyllt Jones (later Mrs Esyllt Clarke, New Zealand), concerning personal matters and describing his day-to-day life in Aberystwyth during the Summer (ff. 190-191).
Also included is an explanatory letter, 24 November 1977, from the donor (ff. 192-193).

Ernest Rhys letters,

Three autograph letters from Ernest Rhys, two, dated 1905 and 1911, addressed to the magazine editor Clement Shorter (ff. 194-197), and one, dated 19 November 1930, addressed to Sir E. Vincent Evans, signed 'Rhys Goch' and enclosing a book (f. 198).
The letters contain references to the publication of Rhys' Lays of the Round Table (London, 1905) (ff. 194-195) and to W. B. Yeats (ff. 196-197).
