A single leaf containing two songs, possibly incomplete, [c. 1830], one in English, 'A little song composed for Miss H. M. Bootes by J. Parry' (f. 179), and the other in French, 'Air François' (f. 179 verso, deleted), written in a hand resembling that of John Parry (Bardd Alaw), but which may be that of his son, John Orlando Parry.

A letter, 30 January 1940, from Dylan Thomas to E. F. Bozman at J.M. Dent & Sons, his publishers, sending corrected proofs of his Portrait of the Artist as a Young Dog (London, 1940), and discussing the listing of his previous works in the volume.

Dylan Thomas letter,

An apparently unpublished letter, [Autumn 1937], from Dylan Thomas, Blashford, Hampshire, to Hermann Peschmann, poet and editor. Thomas discusses giving a poetry reading and asks Peschmann to forward a letter to the poet Anna Wickham.

Letters to Thomas Pennant,

Two letters in Latin, 1756 and 1762, from the historian and geographer Vito Maria Amico e Statella of Catania, Sicily, to Thomas Pennant, chiefly relating to crustaceans and molluscs.
In the first letter, 1 January 1756 (ff. 175-176), he arranges to send Pennant marine specimens; in the second, [23 November] 1762 (ff. 177-178), written just before Amico's death, and mainly in the hand of an amanuensis, he sends sample shells of snails and shellfish.
