The series comprises examination certificates, ordination licences, and induction papers for the parishes of Kenderchurch, and Ballingham with Bolstone, together with licences for non-residence.

The series comprises letters to the Rev. Jones from various correspondents. The letters relate to his ministry, enquiries regarding the Catholic Church, personal medical matters, letters from family and friends, information about properties for sale (mostly farms), financial investments, etc. There are also five letters in his own hand.

The series comprises personal documents, including an unexecuted deed poll to change his name to Jones Thomas, 1905, a copy of his will, 1921, and a certified copy of his baptism,1929, enclosed in an envelope with a letter from the Church of England Pension Board, 1960.

Letters to Mrs Catherine Whitney

This series comprises letters written mostly by friends and acquaintances whilst she was in hospital at Hereford, including many letters written to her by the Rev. F. E. Llewellyn Jones. There are three letters relating to her enquiries into the meaning of Welsh place-names with a notable contribution from Prof. Melville Richards, UCNW Bangor, and two letters connected with the research and publication of her article 'Notes Concerning Gypsies'.

Letters from Mrs Catherine Whitney

This series contains letters written by Mrs Whitney to the Rev. F. E. Llewellyn Jones. Most were written from hospital at Hereford between 1966 and 1972. Other letters were written during her holidays or recuperative periods at Blackpool, 1962, 1963, Weston-Super-Mare, 1964, 1966, and Aberystwyth, 1965, 1970.

Family Memorials at Talgarth Church

The series comprises correspondence and estimates concerning family memorials and inscriptions at Talgarth churchyard, and renaming the Lady Chapel to the 'Jones Francis Chapel' and erecting a memorial stone within the said chapel.
