A large collection of cards, arranged alphabetically by surname, containing personal details and political histories of many of the candidates who stood in British Parliamentary elections, 1910-83, comprising date of birth, education, occupation, marital status, armed services record and political posts held. Some of the cards also include press photographs of the candidate.

A booklet commemorating the Jubilee of the Pontypridd Trades Council and Labour Party, 1898-1948, entitled 50 Years Action, Struggle, Achievement: A History of the Labour Party and Trade Union Movement in Pontypridd, compiled from the Minute Books; a copy of A Woman's Work is Never Done by Elizabeth Andrews, 1956; together with pamphlets of a religious nature, comprising a paper by the Blaendulais Ecumenical Centre entitled Christian Presence - Structures for a Missionary Congregation, c. 1960s; Christ Our Unity, published by the Port Talbot Christian Council, 1966; Valleys 74, a report of the conference for Valleys' historians, 1974; and Baptism, Eucharist and Ministry, a report of the Council of Churches for Wales consultation held at Lampeter in March 1985.

Papers, 2000-2008 (with gaps), relating to the politician Gwynfor Evans, consisting of printed documents from web pages and press cuttings. The papers mainly relate to biographical information; Evans’ political career in the Welsh Government, including his roles as MP for Carmarthen constituency, and leader of Plaid Cymru; and tributes and obituaries following his death in 2005.
