Peter family, Aberystwyth, genealogical memoranda,

An interleaf, removed from a copy of Y Bibl Sanctaidd, ed. by Peter Williams (1776), containing a copy, [?1863], of entries for births for the children (born between 1850 and 1863) of Rees Peter, shoemaker, Aberystwyth, and his wife Jane. There were apparently copied from the parish register.

Griffiths family of Glanmeilwch pedigree,

Photocopies, [1969]-[1970], of papers, including a pedigree (f. 1), relating to the family of David Griffiths of Glanmeilwch, Gwynfe, Carmarthenshire, missionary to Madagascar.
They were part of an exhibition by Llandeilo Civic Trust Society in August 1969, and also include items relating to Glynhir School, Llandyfan, Llandybie (ff. 8-13). A covering letter by the donor, 21 December 1970, is f. 14.

The pedigree was derived from material in Roland Thomas, Richard Price: Philosopher and Apostle of Liberty (London, 1924).

On the verso are englynion from the tombstone of Eaton's cousin, William Jones (Eos Henllan), by Ebenezer Thomas (Eben Fardd).
