A volume containing rent accounts, 1771-1813, with individual tenants of the Corston estate in respect of properties in Lampeter [Velfrey], Pembroke, Lanpha and Portclue, Cosheston, Newton in Manorbeer, Lamaston, Pembroke ferry, Monkton (Mounton), Mat[h]ry, St. Mary (Tenby), Rudbaxton, Nash, Letterston, Narberth, Martletwy, Clyde, East Williamston, Templeton, Loveston, Lawrenny, Llawhaden, etc., Pembrokeshire, and St. Clears, Carmarthenshire, and of Cresswell Colliery in Pembrokeshire. There is an incomplete index to the first part of the volume.

A volume containing a settled account, 31 January, 1791, of receipts and disbursements, 1780-91, on the estate of Bigelly belonging to James Child, Esq., made by Abraham Leach [the elder], Pembroke, mortgagee in possession. At the end of the volume are short statements of account in respect of bonds and mortgages by Abraham Leach to the Reverend Dr. John Philipps, Haverfordwest, 1780-1, the Right Hon. Sir Richard Philipps, Lord Milford, of Picton Castle, 1780, and James Child, 1780-1.

A volume containing entries of day-to-day disbursements by Henry Leach, Loveston, Pembrokeshire, 1785-1800, in respect of food, clothing, rates and taxes, servants' wages, lime, culm, etc. Beginning at the end of the volume are accounts, 1786-1803, with individual servants and craftsmen, etc. Among the insets are holograph letters to Henry Leach from Wm. Brace [Loveston], 1788-94 and undated, and William Evans, Loveston, 1789-94, relating to the management of the recipient's properties.

Summers, Haverfordwest, to the Reverend F. G. Leach, St. Petrox, 1842 (the payment of interest due to the late Jno. Leach from the Tavernspite [Turnpike] Trust).
