Release (to uses in trust), being an absolute purchase in consideration of the sum of £43-12-0, of a parcel of ...,

  1. Augustus Brackenbury of the town of Aberystwyth, co. Cardigan, esq.,. 2. Daniel Davies of Llwynbedw, parish of Llangwyryfon, farmer;. 3. David Davies of Trnygloge, parish of Llangwyryfon, farmer, a trustee named by and on behalf of the said Daniel Davies for the purpose hereinafter expressed. Release (to uses in trust), being an absolute purchase in consideration of the sum of £43-12-0, of a parcel of enclosed land, containing 14 acres 2 roods 6 perches, in the parish of L1angwyryfon, being part of an allotment of common and waste land marked 'Lot 10' lately purchased by the said Augustus Brackenbury of the commissioners appointed under an Act of Parliament passed in 55 George III entitled 'An Act for inclosing lands in the parish of Gwnnws and the several parishes therein mentioned [and] in the township of Llanrhystid Mofenidd in the county of Cardigan', bounded on the West and North by a road leading from Esgir to Trefenter, on the East by a piece of the same land lately sold by the said Augustus Brackenbury to one Jenkin Jenkins and on the South by land belonging to Thomas Davies or Lluestygarn, mason, (and more particularly described and delineated by the map or plan thereof drawn in the margin.[No plan in margin]. Note. There is another no. 4, dated 1672.

Transfer (by way of release) of two third parts of the mortgage specified in Nos. 18-19 from the third party ...,
