Presentments at the court leet and view of frankpledge with the court baron of John Trumper, clerk, lord of the manor, held by adjournment at the public house called Summer Pole on Brilley Mountain; together with a memorandum, 14 Nov. 1834, by Saml Church, steward, of the payment to him by Thomas Reece, otherwise Rice, of 1s. for a year's rent due for a piece of land enclosed by him on the upper part of Brilley Mountain.
