There are also papers deriving from work undertaken by Emrys Bennett Owen in relation to the following properties: Cae'r Ffynnon, Dolgellau; Blaenlliw Isaf and Blaenlliw Uchaf, Llanuwchllyn; Nantddu and Amnodd farms, Llanycil; Coed Mawr, Llanfachreth; and the activities of the Merioneth Mining Company.

The estate lay within a farm called Dolymynach Ucha, p Trawsfynydd, co Mer.

The correspondence also concerns the proposed sale by the Company of part of Gellfechan, Barmouth, Llam y Lleidr, Llandanwg, and Llechwedd Du Bach, Harlech.
