Lordship of Perfedd: rent-roll of chief rents,

Rent-roll of chief rents, 1805, of the lordship of Perfedd, co. Carmarthen, payable to the Golden Grove estate, giving the names of tenements, landowners and tenants. Its authenticity is attested by the grand jury of the lordship on membrane 1 verso.

Lordship of Cydweli: case and opinions,

Copy case and opinions relating to ways and means to recover non-payment of chief rents, ceisied, ced and cymortha in Llanelli, co. Carmarthen, within the lordship of Cydweli, 1762, and copy opinion of counsel, 1790, relating to the same, to the fees of the coroner of the lordship, to raising court fees and to the contribution of the inhabitants of the lordship towards the county rate to maintain the county gaol.

Order book, 1798-1828, of the borough of Llandovery, co. Carmarthen, recording mainly the election of burgesses and the appointments of officers such as constables, scavengers, and coroner.

Golden Grove estate rentals,

Rentals of the Golden Grove estate, co. Carmarthen, c. 1650 (ff. 1-70) and 1671 (ff. 91 verso-189 verso inverted text), both apparently written, and the latter signed, by Richard Vaughan, 2nd earl of Carbery (?1600-1686), including details about leases granted, duties payable, names of previous and present tenants, entry fines and details added following his death of leases granted, 1694-6 (ff. 104, 126, 139 verso).
