Davies-Evans, Highmead, Llanybydder, Arthur Johnson Hughes, Aberystwyth, Sir George Fossett Roberts, Sir Lewis T. Loveden Pryce, Gogerddan, and Edward George Villiers, Lord Stanley, the Postmaster-General. Some of the papers concern the opening of the New Drill Hall at Aberystwyth on 12 January 1904 by the Rt Hon. Lord Stanley.

The correspondents include John Evans, Aberystwyth, and Harry Rees, Lampeter. Some of the papers and correspondence concern the parliamentary vacancy in the county caused by the elevation of M. L. Vaughan Davies to the peerage as Baron Ystwyth, the ensuing Cardiganshire by-election of February 1921, and the organisational problems faced by the Liberal Association as a result.

The papers include extracts from the minutes of the Association's Annual General Meeting, 16 May 1901. The correspondents include John Evans, Aberystwyth, H. J. Gladstone, Liberal Central Association, and Edward Thomas, Llandysul. There is also a copy of the 'Revised Scheme of Organisation of the Welsh National Liberal Council' adopted in c. 1907.

The papers include the minutes of the Association's Executive Committee, 26 June 1908 and 7 September 1911; Annual General Meeting, 30 June 1908, and Special Finance Committee, 29 May 1913.
