1 John Phillip of p. Lanridian, co. Glam., yeoman, and Mary his wife. 2 Bartholomew Jones [sic] of the same, yeoman. Lease And Release of one third part of a m. and lands at Lanridian aforesaid, formerly the estate of Jonas Jones the younger, dec., brother of the said Mary, party hereto, which lands descended jointly between his three sisters, viz: Mary, wife of the said John Phillips, Elizabeth, single woman, and likewise one third part of the tanhouse near the Marsh, p. Lanridian, with covenant to levy a fine. [No. 4 damaged].
