1 Owen Watkins of Meyty issa, p. Llywell, co. Brec., gent. 2 Jeffrey Llewellyn of t. Trecastle, clerk, and Rees Llewellyn of Maesgwyn, p. Llywell, farmer. Lease of possession for 1 year of the messuages and lands called Tyrmeyty otherwise Tyr meredith whyth and Tyr meyty issa in p. Llywell.

Testator bequeathed: to his nephew, Owen Watkin, of p. Llywell, yeoman, all his freehold m's and lands in co. Brec.; to his wife, Anne, for the term of her life and thereafter to Owen Watkin, a m. in Llanvase, p. Saint Davides, being part of m's formerly surrendered to him by Richard Thomas the elder and Richard Thomas the younger, gentlemen; to his tenant, James Morgan, for the term of his life and thereafter to Owen Watkin, a m. surrendered to him by Richard Thomas the elder and Richard Thomas the younger; to Owen Watkin all other m's surrendered to him by Richard Thomas the elder and Richard Thomas the younger; to his wife, Anne, the sum of £15; to his niece, Jonet, wife of Morgan Thomas of Devinnok, the sum of £10; to his niece, Angharad, wife of William Prees of Merthir, and to her son, Evan, the sum of £5 a piece; to his godson, Morgan Bowen, son of Owen Watkin, the sum of £10; to Lysod, wife of Rice Price of Llywell, the sum of £10; to the three sons of his tenant, Lewellyn Wm, the sum of 50s. to be equally divided between them; to the poor of the parish of Llywell the sum of 20s. to be distributed between them every Christmas Eve for 10 years, the payment thereof charged upon a m. called Tyr Nant Craynog in p. Llywel.

(widow and administratrix of the goods of Owen Watkin late of the same, gent., deceased) and Morgan Watkin of the same, (son and heir of the said Owen Watkin by the said Jonett, his wife). 2 Rees Prytherch of p. Kylycombe, co. Carm., esq., and Watkin William of p. Devynock, co. Brec., gent. 3 Mary Lloyd of Blaen Clydach. p. Llywell, co. Brec. (widow and surviving executrix of David Lloyd late of Blaen Clydach aforesaid, gent., deceased) and Hester Lloyd of the same, spinster (the third and youngest daughter of the said David Lloyd by the said Mary, his wife). Release to uses (being a settlement prior to the marriage of the said Morgan Watkin and Hester Lloyd) of m's and lands called Tyr Nantgrainog, Tyr Meyty otherwise Tyr Meredith Whyth and Tyr Meyty Issa in p. Llywell, co. Brec., and Covenant by the said Morgan Watkin to discharge the said Mary Lloyd from three legacies bequeathed to the said Hester Lloyd. Endorsement, dated 4 Oct. 1753, of the receipt by the within-named Mary Lloyd from the within-named Morgan Watkin of £100 due to her by the death of her daughter, Hester, wife of Morgan Watkin.
