A Catalogue of the Powys Collection at Mappowder

Copies of 'A Catalogue of the Powys Collection at Mappowder' (273 ff.) and 'A Checklist of the Casey Collection at Mappowder' (15 ff.), both compiled in 2012 by Peter J. Foss, listing between them the entirety of the papers, books, photographs, etc., of Lucy Penny and Mary Casey then in the possession of Louise de Bruin in Mappowder, Dorset.
Not all of the papers listed were offered for sale in 2023 or were then purchased by the National Library of Wales; large parts of those that were have been completely reordered. Consequently the catalogues are not a reliable guide to the contents of the archive now at NLW; they are nevertheless included as a snapshot of the entire Collection in its previous home, for the additional information they contain concerning the letters and for details of material not at the NLW. Also included is a copy of the Dominic Winter auction catalogue for 13-14 December 2023, listing the Mappowder Powys Collection (lots 672-687).
