Heads of a proposed lease of about 1,200 a. of land, of a mansion house and farm houses, and of minerals extending under Bedwelty Common (containing about 1,000 a.), and under Cwm Tyssoch (which contains about 500 a.) for 99 years from Lady Day 1800. See No. 45/1.

Edward Cage regarding his intention to apply to parliament to obtain further powers than are given by the will of John Morgan to grant beneficial leases for a longer term than 21 years, in consequence of his agreement to lease minerals to Messrs Homfray, Fothergill and Monkhouse (see No. 45/1), for which he wished to gain the consent of all who might inherit the estate in reversion.
