Original bundle, comprising a transfer of Hugh Jones of Gelliwastad in the parish of Machen, gent's mortgage on Tŷ Samuel (73 a.) in the parish of Trefethin, adjoining the Afon Llwyd, the property of John Hayes of the parish of Trefethin, yeoman, and Mary his wife, to William Morgan of the parish of Mamhilad, gent.

Original bundle of deeds relating to messuages or lands called Ty pen lan (33 a.) and Ty Rosser Gwin (27 covers), and a parcel of land called y Wain Vawr (40 covers) (all further described), all in the parish of Trefethin and the lordship of Abergavenny, Monmouthshire, the equity of redemption of which was purchased in 1778 by John Morgan of Ruperra, Glamorgan, esq., from Roderick Prytherch of the parish of Llanfihangel Llantarnam, Monmouthshire, yeoman, and Mary his wife.
