D.T.M. Jones (Firm)
A home-made volume, roughly bound in parchment, containing transcripts of hymns and some sermon notes in the hand of David Thomas, Llwynywermwd, Llan-y-crwys, son of the Reverend Zacharias Thomas, Baptist minister, of Aberdyar, etc. The volume was compiled during the period 1805-1806. Among the papers used to compile the manuscript are an agreement, 1790, for the lease, from W. Williams to Zacharias Thomas, of Emlych, parish of Penbrey, co. Carmarthen; a voucher, 1797, to Zacharias Thomas from D. J. Jenkins, Lampeter, for a waistcoat, etc.; and a holograph letter from John Williams, Carmarthen, to Zech. Thomas, 1802 ( the distribution of 'papers' to the Association and the churches). The volume also includes the score of a hymn-tune entitled 'Difyrwch gwyr y Gogledd'.

Carmarthen, c. 1650 (ff. 1-70) and 1671 (ff. 91 verso-189 verso inverted text), both apparently written, and the latter signed, by Richard Vaughan, 2nd earl of Carbery (?1600-1686), including details about leases granted, duties payable, names of previous and present tenants, entry fines and details added following his death of leases granted, 1694-6 (ff. 104, 126, 139 verso).
Correspondence, notes and papers, 1908-1909, relating to the Griffiths Charity and the administration of the Mrs Mary Griffiths Charity Fund which was applicable to the Calvinistic Methodists in the following parishes: Conwil Gaeo, Llanfynydd, Llansawel and Talley, county Carmarthen, and Llangeitho, Cardiganshire. J. H. Davies was one of the trustees of the fund.
