No accounts of rent arrears exist for the entire Badminton estate in Wales. What is included here are accounts of arrears for the estate in at least two Welsh cos. From at least 1740 until 1760, responsibility for accounting and collecting rent arrears (and rents) was divided between the receivers of the estate in co. Brec., co. Glam. and man. Maindiff and Whitecastle in co. Mon., (but see BC 2 and BMC 3), and the remainder of the co. Mon. estate, together with man. Woolaston and Tidenham in Gloucestershire.
