Fragments (originally pinned together), four at least being part of a reply to an unnamed correspondent (a woman), who has asserted that he (E. W.) is a republican or a jacobin. Written in part on the back of two bills to 'Mr Williams', 1794, one for laundering and mending, the other from W. Lewis for (?) binding books.
