Correspondence between the Trust, the Central Land Board, valuers, the Inland Revenue and Wrexham Tenants' Society concerning development of land at Wrexham, applications by the Trust under Town and Country Planning Acts for loss of developmental value, the recovery by the Trust from the Tenants' Society of land occupied by garages in order to build houses, and associated valuations, with related forms, memoranda, notices, plans, accounts and notes, and a 1959 copy of the journal 'Town and Country Planning'.

The series contains papers, 1946-1957, relating to the Trust's applications to the Central Land Board, which were required in advance of any land development under the Town and Country Planning Act (1947), together with a pamphlet, 1923, about the housing of Great Western railwaymen in London.
